Digital Product Policy

All ebooks available on the Dewspire platform are digital products delivered electronically. Once the purchase is completed and the download link or access is provided, the product is considered delivered.

For this reason, digital ebooks are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment error
